Hiding rests

Hi everyone, I'm trying to hide rests in particular bars so my students can enter notes on worksheets, any help gratefully received. Chris

Select all of the measures and press V to make everything selected invisible. When you do this, they will probably turn gray, which means they won't be printed. If you don't want to see them use the menu View->Show invisible.
