This should work with any multipart score.
- Select File > Parts, then "All Parts".
- Select a part, then select the instrument in "Instruments in part".
- Delete the instrument, and OK.
The program crashes.

Open the attached score, generate all parts, and delete the Piccolo instrument in the Piccolo part.
I still can't reproduce, not in 3.5.2 nor in a post 3.6 RC developement build
I can reproduce in current 3.x build. Probably we simply shouldn't allow removal of the only instrument in a part.
