The score stems from 3.5.0
Which version exactly? 3.6RC or the very latest development build? I don't see this happening in the latest build

This was tested using the build from https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/releases/tag/v3.6
I don't see this with a self-build one from the same commit

What about with a build downloaded from GitHub?

The score stems from a file that originated sometime in MuseScore 2.x and has been migrated to the current version of MuseScore numerous times.
I can reproduce in my build. The score itself looks as expected, but the parts definitely have the indent turned on at least. I can also reproduce on my own scores. This was supposedly fixed as per https://trello.com/c/OxplS29w/53-style-choices-are-not-honoured-for-par…, in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/commit/580675fb15f72b1f6c5941fde….
Should be fixed, sincer https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/7293 has been merged
