playback error
I have downloaded the new version and still have a problem that existed in the previous version: the score is silent, the playback is disabled. What has happeened?

The playback worked briefly. But now it is mute again. Following the instructions you provided under "How to restore sound if playback stops working," I tried options 1-6 with no success. The synthesizer option is disabled. Nor does the I/O option work. What next?
