Solfege - How do I add some features?

Hi.
I have attached no 17 - Allegretto from Solfege Volume No 3 by Amedee Reuchsel.
How do I add the bold double barline with FIN indication on line three?
Also how do I add the D.C. indication at the bottom of the last measure?
