instant quarter tone playback while editing and entering new notes

The plugin accidental tuner works nicely but it is a nuisance that you have to reload it each time you edit something. Also while entering new notes it doesn't playback the right pitch. It would be great addition to Musescore to make this possible and also a standard feature.
