Plugins missing in Plugin Manager's Menu
I have downloaded Jianpu plugin to C:\Program Files\MuseScore 3\plugins folder. However, it was not shown Plugin Manager Menu. How do I make it visible?

As far I can see there are several plugin versions for different MuseScore versions. Maybe it's worth to check the v34 version.
Try opening it with the Plugin Creator and see if that shows any error message when you try to run it.
But also, that's the wrong folder to be placing plugins into - that's for the pre-installed ones only. You should be placing plugins into your own Plugins folder - the one in your own Documents/MuseScore3 folder, right next to your Scores fiolder.
