C# plays as B natural

The second C# in bar 5 of the attached file plays as a B natural. I don't know whether it's a bug or if I've done something strange to it. Whatever, it was easy to remedy. I just delete the note and re-added it.

If it's a bug I guess you should know about it. If it's something I did inadvertently I'd like to know what so that I don't do it again.

You changed the chord's x and y offsets in Inspectort, probably by an accidantial double and arrow keys.
Select it and use the reset button next that setting in Inspector
