Triplets

Good Day All

I am struggling with a triplet feature. How would I add a triplet that consists of a quaver rest and semi-quaver note.

It'd be a triplet of semi-quavers (or 16th) with 2 of them getting combined into one quaver (or 8th).
So select quaver (Press 4), press Ctrl+3, then 4, then select the remaining semi-quaver and enter it's pitch
