Exporting many different compressed Musescore files to FLAC audio at once

Hello! So today I would like to ask if it's possible to export many compressed Musescore files (containing the sheet music, editing and playback, etc.) into FLAC audio at the same time. I know I can go one by one but I would like to know if I could do it with all of them at once. It really would help me and make my work process faster
