Parenthetic note - NOT IN TIME but instead of the preceding note
I know the way how to put a round note in parentheses but how can create parenthetic note not-in-time?

One way might be https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voices
You could do this:
- add the F to the E# to make a chord
- adjust the notehead X offset value in Inspector
- add the parentheses
- flip the stem on the E# ([Shift] x)
- adjust the slur to only span the notes that you want
