Expand Repeats - Sheet Music Straight Through

I have some sheet music that has a few repeats, some 1st and 2nd endings, etc. I have a piano player who has a very, very difficult time following those. I want to "expand" the sheet music such that the repeats are actually repeated in the sheet music, and the 1st and 2nd endings are eliminated and those sections are also "expanded".

I hope this makes sense.

Is there a way to do this automagically? Or do I just need to suck it up and copy/insert all the measures?
