Repeats Not Working in Playback

Lately, whenever I playback my scores the repeats are completely ignored and the score moves to the next measure without repeating the passage I set to repeat. This happens with regular repeats, first and second endings, and D.S/D.C al segno/coda/fine/. This is a bit odd to me because these are scores that I have not changed in months and played correctly beforehand but now do not. I checked to see if there were any updates available and there were not. I'm not sure why this is happening because I haven't done anything to change the program on my computer. I've attached a sample score with a repeat in it to show the issue:

Look at the top of the screen, in the toolbars, near the Play and Loop icons. Click on the icon that looks like an end-repeat bar - this enables and disables repeats.
