how to playback in piano sound instead of human voice
Currently my music is played back in a human voice. How to change to piano or harp sound please? Thank you. My previous version on my old computer was piano sound.

Either change the instrument to Piano (via Staff/instruments properties), or change its sound (via Mixer)
For the record, the default when using the piano instrument is a piano sound, on every version of MsueScore ever. it only defaults to a voice sound if you actually add voice as an instrument - again, same in every version of MuseScore ever. So if you've added a voice instrument and you intend the "real" performance by human musicians to be voice, but you'd rather it sound like piano in MuseScore, use the Mixer to change the sound only. but if you added voice by mistaken when you actually intend it to be piano "for real - when played by human musicians as well - then you should actually change the instrument to piano, using Staff/Part Properties.
