Automatic fingering generator [PianoPlayer] to split into two seprate channels (hands)
Hi,
I stumble across this wonderful GitHub project (https://github.com/marcomusy/pianoplayer) that generates automatic fingering generator for a piano score. It's not perfect, but it's good enough for me.
It creates this result [Result.jpg] but I'll rather having it dispose like this way [DesiredResult.png]. I would like to mute one hand to play along better.
Is there a way do dispose the notes from each hand separately on their one channel/ track?
I uploaded my output file if you want to try something.
Thank you so much!

I'm not quite understanding what these pictures represent - this was in MuseScore or not? First picture seems to show a staff with the wrong number of lines, and fingerings marked in circles. How was that picture generated? Was MuseScore involved in some way?

Hi Marc,
First, thank you so much for the fast reply!
"How was that picture generated?" With the GitHub project. It generates an .xml file. Than, with the help of Musescore, I'm trying to separate each hands from each other. Left fingers on one track and right fingers on the other track. Because each hand is identify with their fingers, I were wondering how to separate them on two tracks, make it easier for me to practice.
Thanks in advance
Regards,

OK, but then it's still not really clear how MuseScore gets involved. The picture is not generated using MuseScore? So there is visible notation before MuseScore gets involved? It would help if you describe the process more fully, then attach the actual MuseScore file involved and describe what exactly you want to change about it.
You can try another brand new software called ultra-music-practice. I found this website and I highly recommed it:
https://www.ultra-music-practice.com
It can generate piano fingering in the way you want. And most importantly, you only need to upload PDF and it can recognize all the notes.
