musescore phone app
Does it require a separate subscription/payment? I just downloaded it, and it is asking me to select a form of payment. There is no option to log in with an existing account (which mine is a paid subscription).

There is, look again (IRC a bit hidden though). Having a Pro account should be enough, just login using the same credentials.
However, the mobile apps are not being dealt with here on musescore.org, but solely on musescore.com (which is also where you're having the pro account).
