Change default transposition to an octave.
In the GUI, under Tools>Transpose... the default transposition setting is for unison. That really doesn't make sense. Nobody transposes by an interval of unison. A default of one octave is more reasonable.

But at least transposing by a unison does no damage if done by mistake.
As mentioned, unison is nice so that if you do nothing, nothing happens. And octave transposition is already simple without the dialog - Ctrl+Up/Down.
