transferring scores from Sibelius 7 First
How do I transfer scores from Sibelius 7 First to MuseScore? I have a MacBook Air that needs upgrading but my current music program won’t operate in the upgraded system. Do I need to print everything out and then scan it? Can I use a flash card and transfer it that way? I will need to upgrade to Monterey, which is compatible with MuseScore. Thanks.

Can Sibelius 7 First export to MusicXML? If so that's the way.

According to the manual for Sibelius First it can export to MusicXML (p88).

If Sibelius 1st will export xml and mxl, try both to see which gives you the best result. In any event, be ready to do some correcting. I have 7.5. These versions have not been supported for some time now. That doesn't mean they don't work on newer systems. Sometimes activating them on a newer system means jumping through some hoops. I have 7.5 working on W10. However, I have no idea about iOS.
