Changing Names of Instruments Permanently
Hey all. I wanted to know if its possible to permanently alter an instruments name so that any time I pick the instrument on any score it'll display that name. For example "F Horn" instead of "Horn in F."

You can create a custom instruments.xml file. It's not exactly document except in comments here in these forums, so if you do a web search you can find info.
Usually, though, it's simpler to just set up one score the way you like and save it to your Template folder. Then every time you create a new score, you can select that template and all your instruments are as you like.
