Can I change staff properties of ALL the staffs ?

Hello, I like to make visible the pitch names, as well as hide the staff when there is nothing on it. Right now, I need to do this line by line

I thought I replied already, but apparently not; apologies if a duplicate appears.

Regarding pitch name, also note you can wait until you are done with the score, then use the Inspector to apply the desired head scheme (Ctrl+A to select all, then press Notes in Inspector to limit selection to just notes). But it will only apply to already-existing notes which is why you would need to wait.
