Extended notes cut out instead of playing.

In the score linked below, there are extended notes which carry on from bar to bar. At bar 15, the highest and lowest voices cut out instead of carrying on as they're supposed to.

I have exported the file to a wav, and it does it in the wav. So it's not just the playback.

Also, the program doesn't highlight the notes when they cut out. So it isn't that they are playing but I'm not hearing them for some reason.

If I remove the tie, so that the voice starts a new note on bar 15, it plays.

Previous tied notes also play, including in the voices which have the problem.
