Can score panel be full-screened and exported as a movie with the score playing (cursar moving, etc.)?

Is there a way that a playing score (just the score panel, not the entire program window) can be displayed full-screen for live presentation? Or alternately, can it be recorded in e.g. .mp4 format for later display?
