add a frame only on one part

Hi every body,
When I add a frame, it is added on all parts and score. (same for image, text...)

How can I add something only in a particular part ? on the main score ?
The goal is to add a picture to make a cover for the score, also add the list of instruments whithout modifying the layout of the other part.
