Many OMR services are still barely out of their experimental phase and as such it is expected that they'll often get many non-basic things wrong.

not a helpful answer. Is there a way to correct this?

Just manually add the title and other missing stuff

I prefer to create a new empty score based on the proper template and with the right title, time signature and key etc. And then copy and paste from the imported document.

MuseScore itself doesn't do PDF imports, so whatever may or may not be missing during a PDF to (most often musicxml) conversion is a matter for that piece of software.
Anything missing can of course be added afterwards in MuseScore, just as you can add anything to a brand new empty score. Since you're interest is in restoring/adding missing texts, have a look at the handbook page for Text elements: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/text
