ARE YOU WILLING TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS... OR NOT ?
THIS IS MY LAST MESSAGE TO MUSESCORE
Sorry to tell you my experience with Musescore convinced me you are much more interested in business+money than listening to you users and clients.
I have sent several e-mails to Musescore explaining your software was not adapted to chorists standard needs .
I even proposed to spend the necessary time with some of your experts so as to explain you our reasons and wishes in order to help you better adapt your tool to our requirements. The only replies I received, typically were useless “pre-cooked” ones, with a strong chatbot smell…
This is why, failing a serious move from your side, I will unsubscribe and not renew my financial subscription.
Regards.

There is no finacial subsciption here on musescore.org. And there is no email address to send anything too for this site here! But see https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657
And this is not just your LAST message here, it is also your very FIRST (and so far the only one)!

I'm using MuseScore almost exclusivle for Choir, and since 12 years, I don't see what MuseScore is seriously lacking here?
Hello! As noted, you actually haven't posted anything to this forum before. Not sure who were sending messages to previously, maybe tit was the support personnel for the commercial score-sharing website musescore.com? They don't have anything to do with the MsueScore software. Suggestions for improving the software itself are best posted here. So, no on surprise messages sent to the wrong people didn't go anywhere.
If you'd like to start over and post your suggestions here on there forums, you are most welcome to. Where possible, we can help show you how to use the software to get the results you are having trouble with currently - could well be there are simply features you haven't learned about yet that would solve your problems. And to the extent there are missing features that would be needed, these can be discussed and considered too.
BTW, whether or not you also have a subscription to thew commercial score-sharing website musescore.com has no bearing on anything having to do with MuseScore itself. You can continue to enjoy the software without or with a subscription to that website, or to Netflix, or to any other website. And we remain happy to help you understand how to use the software most effectively, and to discuss your ideas for improvements, regardless or what other websites you might happen to have subscriptions to.
