When I type Bb as a chord it displays as B266d?

Further update :

I’ve opened a copy of the original back in V3 and the chords display as normal, and then opened the same v3 version again in V4 and the same thing has happened, just on the B flats.

I can reproduce the issue with the attached score, but am not able to reproduce with my own score from v3. The issue appears to be linked to the custom chord styles, as changing that option to one of the defaults resolves the issue.

I have the same problem, also with a custom style file. The problem does not only cover the flat signs, but also the m for minor and all other accidentals. It shows up only if you open an already saved file, not when you produce a new one. I found a workaround for the problem: just open the file, then go to the style dialog and select the chord style page. There, change any value for extensions or modifiers and reset it to its previous value. After doing this, the chords show as they should.
