Score corrupted and is now 0kb

I was working on this file last night, and this morning it won't open at all. Every time I try, it says it's corrupted, and when I click "ignore," it doesn't do anything. Oddly, when I look at the file, it says it's 0kb which can't be right.

I had another file that was corrupted, but I was able to fix that by deleting the autosave for that file. This one doesn't have an autosave, though. I'd rather not start over, so if there's any way to fix this I'd appreciate it :>
