Unable to Download Soundfonts from MuseHub (Windows 10)

Hi all,

The title says it all really:
I downloaded the MuseHub application from the website the other day and this seemed to go fine. However, I am unable to download any of the sounds (strings brass etc.) from this and am therefore unable to use any of the nice soundfonts at present which is a shame. Basically, the "Get" button to download these soundfonts from the MuseHub application seems to be doing absolutely nothing for me.

I thought this might be an issue with traffic owing to the number of people using this at the present, but I don't think so now this has settled for a day or two.
I have tried the usual routes of restarting my computer, uninstalling and re-installing MuseHub as well as unblocking the application from my firewall as suggested elsewhere, but this hasn't helped.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Or if I'm doing something completely stupid, please also feel free to tell me!
