Musescore 4.0 crashing on opening

Hi,

I've just installed the new version 4.0 but I can't get past the loading screen without it crashing. I originally installed from the hub but after having this problem I uninstalled it and reinstalled from the msi. Same problem. What do I do?

Logged on as administrator

I went the other way,
first downloaded the standalone (no hub) and later installed the hub over the previous install, without removing the standalone, so it overwrote the original install.
It works, just crashes on exit.
