steps to reproduce:
1) create a file
2) fill up a measure
3) add Repeats & Jumps>More>"Repeat last two bars" to next measure
4) realise it just repeats the last bar, and then nothing
5) also what is that thing that gets added on the top? (image)

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230380506, revision: aabbec1

I'm experiencing the same thing, Repeat Last Two Bars playback plays back the last one bar and then is silent for any remaining repeats.
