The Bb clarinet does not sound correct

I have been composing full-band arrangements on MuseScore 4 and noticed that the audio from the clarinet is a little off. It is as if a second lower instrument plays as the clarinet plays. It's funny like a dog doesn't like specific pitches, but my ears do not like the lower off-pitch. I have also heard the effect on the trombone and tuba parts.
