MS 4 Vibraphone Arpeggio Not Working

When I put a chord in a vibraphone part and then put the arpeggio line to the left of the chord it plays the arpeggio in a weird swung 16th-note rhythm that lasts almost a full beat. I copied the part back and forth between a piano part and it played the arpeggio perfectly but when I paste it into the vibraphone part it plays it weirdly again. Is this a bug?
