Musescore 4 "Open other..." button keeps pulling up Musescore 3 documents!!

Musescore 4 is a DREAM compared to its previous version; however, when I click on the "Open other..." button, on the home page, it keeps opening up my Musescore 3 documents, instead of pulling up Musescore 4. Can anyone explain why? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
