Nested Repeats

In Besame Mucho 1st&Bass_1 it skips from measure 43 to measure 48. I used Coda in Besame Mucho 1st&Bass_2 to get what I want. I was wondering if there is a way to make nested repeats work since that is the way the sheet music is written.
