Basic sound replaced by muse upgrade score

Help. I wrote music using the muse sounds which are great. But now my scores will only play in basic. Why? All I did was go to preferences to invert score to see what the black background white notes would look like and the sound changed to basic. I can't seem to revert it back to the quality sound it was composed in. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this. I am stuck in basic sound from muse3.
