Dynamics Missing in Parts After Adding Instruments to Score

The parts perfectly matched the score until I added the two Bb Trumpets to the score, then copied the F Trumpet parts into the Bb trumpet parts. Upon reviewing the parts, dynamics had disappeared from some of the parts. It seems to be hit or miss though, some parts are missing dynamics (e.g. Violas), but others appear fine. Any ideas about what is happening?
