Cue notes input (overlapping into multi-measure rests)

Hi,
I want to be able to add cue notes in a single (trumpet) part that overlap into the end (or beginning) of a multi-measure rest. For example, if I have a 29 bar rest of a 4/4 measure where a cue starts in beat 4 of the measure, I want to add that under the multi-bar line so that the multi-bar still shows 29 bars rest instead of 28 bars, plus the one with the cue. Example of this in the attached photo.

Is this possible, and if so please can someone tell me the steps I need to take?

Also, is it possible to mark the rest bars /over the cue with numbers as in the attached example?
