Notes appear correct, pitches play incorrectly

I'm working on an arrangement for school and I noticed a weird issue with the score I'm working on. The notes appear to be correct, but the pitch playback is incorrect. The whole score seems to be transposed down a few semitones. Is there any way to fix this? I've attached the score below.
