Timer before start to play notes
Please, add some timer options, as a camera has in cellphone, before Musescore will start play notes.

There used to be a "count in" feature on the metronome, it looks like they're still working on adding it to MuseScore 4: https://musescore.org/en/node/334701#Metronome%3A_Count-in
In the meantime, you could add an empty measure to the start of your score
