I tried that, but when the first voice is entered I see no possibility to get the first note into the second voice. The measure is still empty and when I set the note to a quarter note and press CTRL-3 new notes are still entered into voice 1 🤔 before the existing triplets in stead of above eachother 😪 Apperently I am doing something wrong 😰

Thank you Steve !!
That works ! Especially the clicking of the first note again in note-entering-mode is counter intuitive :)
Now that I have a working example, I can just copy and past it to other measures :D
Thanks again :)
Best Regards,
Paul

Different people, different intuitions. Intuition may be a good starting point, but best not to rely on it :-}

Here is a visualization. It is also possible to use only voice 1, which leads to a different result in the stem direction (upper stave).

How do you get your images displayed, doesn't work for me whatever I try ? FOUND IT :)
However, when I try your first method, it seems to automatically generate 2 voices, as can be seen in this picture: https://imgur.com/a/4hxTW9T

> However, when I try your first method, it seems to automatically generate 2 voices,
If you enter a note from the keyboard, for example a 'G', and then press Shift-C, you get two notes, G and C, on the same beat and in the same voice! Notes entered with the Shift key are always above the existing note. This works only if the notes have the same duration.
It is also no problem to add a second note with the mouse. Point above or below the first note on a staff and click.
My experience is from MS 3.6.2; maybe it is different in MS 4.

By the way: you do not need to use imgur for showing a picture.
Press insert and if you check the shown display box again, it is also as attached file available.
