is there a CONCERT PITCH toggle in Musescore 4
I'm arranging for guitar and Bb, Eb instruments. I'd like to set the pitch in the Bb, Eb instruments and then toggle back to make sure where I am in guitar land.

Or, create a custom keyboard shortcut:
Edit/Preferences/Shortcuts/
Scroll down to "Toggle Concert Pitch" and double-click in the blank box.
Enter your preferred combination of keys (I used Ctrl+Shift+P)
