Error message - Cannot connect to server

I've been trying to download the complete set of Muse Sounds.
Everything has been successful except the woodwinds - that has now been trying to complete for over 48 hours.
In desperation I have tried searching, in case there is an update.
I am getting the message - Cannot connect to server.
Everything else is fine - is there some setting I need to tweak?
