No Audio in MuseScore 4.4.4 on Windows 11 Gaming PC

I've been using my custom built gaming pc for a while now and was able to run musescore on it but the audio has since stopped working. Tried all the usual tips, changing devices, reassigning sounds, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing has worked. One notable thing I saw while looking around in my settings is that the Buffer Size option comes up as blank when I try to change it. Could this be part of the issue?
