Chord Symbols Corrupted in 4.0.2
I just updated to 4.0.2 and now all my Chord Symbols that contain flats (b) have a code 226d in place of the flat.

Use menu item: Format > Style > Chord Symbols then change the 'Style' to 'Jazz' and click 'OK'.
Then press Ctrl Z to undo the change.
