music scrolling
The score playback is not in synch with the screen. The screen is not following the music playback. It was working fine and then something got messed up. I appreciate your help.

Restart Musescore and/or your PC.

Thanks for your help suggestion. I did restart my computer, however it didn't help. When I did click on Pan Score Automatically the playback button, it straightened thing out. Robert

Oh yes - I never used this button :-).
You can hide this button if you want. Do it in the pressed state, then you can't accidentally release it and it will always be active.
Find it in "View / Toolbars / Customize Toolbar ..." and move it there to 'Available Actions'.
This setting is saved in the workspace, and if you hide it only in your preferred workspace (e.g. Advanced), you can temporarily switch to the other one (e.g. Basic) and have it available again. Remember to restore the desired state before going back to the preferred workspace.
