Issues with guitar pro files and tuplets
I'm dealing with issues related to tuplets after importing a guitar pro file. Some have not appeared (like some dodecatuplets). There are also rests that are undeletable and should not even be there. Any help with resolving this would greatly appreciated.

Please attach the actual MuseScore .mscz file rather than a picture.

The usual reason for this is that the notes have been placed in Voice 2, and rests in Voice 1 can never be deleted. Try: Tools > Voices > Exchange voice 1-2
As mentioned, it would be helpful to see the score (.mscz file). And an image of a few measures of the original score would be really useful. What is its time signature?
