Synced YouTube Account with Musescore

A long time ago, I had a Musescore account and I synced it with my YouTube account that I use for work. I didn't use Musescore for awhile and forgot what the account was so I created a new one. The problem is, I'm using it more regularly now and I can't send any scores to my work YouTube account because it's synced to my old one.

Any solutions? How do I disconnect my YouTube account from my old Musescore account?
