Change staffs after importing midi

I have a MIDI file containing a piece of music I want to create the sheet music of. After importing the MIDI file containing four tracks, I have four instruments and four staffs in MuseScore.
I'd like to collapse the midi into only one instrument (organ) and three staffs, one for manual 1, one for manual 2 and one for the pedal. The question is, how to do this, and if possible, how to do it accessibly using a screen reader?
