Missing maximize/minimize/close icons in maximized mode
The latest version does not display these icons at the top right of the window when in the maximized mode. If you reduce the size via the view menu the icons appear.

This has been reported many, many times recently and it's being worked on, we are assured.
Meanwhile, see if pressing F11 does anything for you.
