Crash when adding slur during note input

On new score activate note input add two successive notes, use backspace to delete second note, move new note curser back to highlight first note, hit S to activate slur, hit a note whilst new-note-curser still on the first note ---> crash.

The prevent the crash just move the new-note-cursor to the next position and input the second note.

The crash happens also when you select a note, activate the new note entry, press S to add slur, and input a new note over the selected note...

With further testing I've seemed to have confirmed the crash only happens when you use midi to input notes. If I use the computer keyboard to input the note I can't seem to duplicate the crash....
